KDF armband for opinion

I was asked for opinions on this one but as KDF armbands and basically all one of a kind besides the 2 standard types, they are hard to judge. What do you think? I can get more pictures if needed. I think it stands a good chance. What is odd is how the bullion work is on a separate piece of cloth than the armband itself then added once done....

I don't recall seeing one exactly like this before, but the embroidery work looks extremely well done and with the correct types of bullion for the period.
