recently acquired this armband but not sure what or where this stamp is from...A little hard to make out but any help with this would be greatly appreciated !

This stamp was used during the TR on armbands so there is no problem with that. I agree with what the stamp says...Comment

The stamp was still used in the TR period but it's origin is earlier (Weimarer Republik, about 1919-
1933) because the eagle is still old fashioned and there is no swastika on it.
