Let's start with: There was NO Kreissieger awarded in 1944. there were only Gausieger and Reichssieger awarded.

The genuine Gau and Reichssieger badges for 1944 were painted and not enamel, so even if this had not been the never produced 1944 Kreissieger, the manufacturing materials would have sunk it.
