Hitler Youth cardboard photo holder?

A friend cleaning out their parents' house found a small ( 5 1/2" X 3 1/2") green paperboard pouch with a HJ diamond and stamped DRGM1414742. It's got a notch at the open end to help slide out whatever it was meant to hold. If anyone can post a photo for me to assist in an ID, we'd greatly appreciate it.

i have the same cover with an HJ Ausweis DRGM 1414742 in inside is a Mitglieds Ausweis der HJ from a woman from 1936-1937
