The oakleaves look like original metal examples for the collar tabs for SA Oberführer and Brigadeführer.

They look vaguely familiar, but since nearly everyone seemed to have a uniform of some sort during the period, it's hard to keep them straight. E.g. they could be for the head plumber of the 1600 block of Kartoffel Straße, not to be confused with the insignia worn by the head plumber of the 1700 block; his insignia was different.
