Cap Badge - Bund heimattreuer Schlesier

Picked this up recently and would imagine it is quite a scarce item.

Whilst I've seen the members badges before, including long service examples, this is the first time I've seen a cap badge. In fact, I wasn't even aware a cap badge existed prior to this one.

Anyone know if a full uniform existed?
