I PM'ed a couple of you regarding this type HJ Gold Honor Badge. It is the M1/70 maker type. This one was award number 9715 in close spaced digits. There has been at least one other posted to WAF in recent years that was identical in every regard other than the award number. Comments appreciated.

These badges made by Franz Otto are considered as original albeit this maker lost his RZM license in 1935 and there are no examples found with the accompanied document. I have one example in my own collection and I'm happy with it. But I would not collect them in bunches untill an example with document comes to light. Because you never know.
