SA/NSDAP Armband...

Hey Folks,

Planning on picking this up later this week... since I have never owned this type of armband before... I'd like some thoughts... After looking at dealer sites, then back to these pictures I feel it is original pre-'45.

When I meet to pick it up is there is keys I should look for which would give it away as a fake/original?

It looks fine to me. The only thing to check (and I doubt that it's really necessary) would be to make sure the white thread/fabric doesn't react under UV light. I'm 99.99% sure it won't, though.

Picked it up yesterday and it looks great

Any ideas how to get wrinkles out of these? Steam them or something? (I don't think ironing is a good idea - but maybe you guys have tried it? Results?
