SA Collar Tab?

What does the blue color stand for? How is the unit read?

SA Gruppes "Hansa" and "Hessen" both wore dark blue collar tabs. A Roman Numeral indicates a Sturmbann (Battalion). The other large numbers on the right indicate the Standarte. (Even though both Gruppes wore the same color tabs, Hessen wore silver buttons, and Hansa wore gold buttons (and devices). Nice early tab!!
