I don't believe in this black "Ordensburgen" CT mod., some are telling it's for DAF school member, but think it's more an early fake at the time nobody knows the real color of this bands...

I did research online about this cuff title,

and most people belive they were made in black.
This one is from a vet, he brought a whole roll of them from Europe.
