Indeed, not only does the "SS" inference give the excuse for high prices, but it also creates possible buyers.
Most TR collectors in the USA would never have even looked at this area of collecting without the trumped up SS tie in.

Gaston, its a ploy that has worked a few times . Persuade the mods to believe someone (who disagrees with unproven assertions) is engaging in a personal attack , and the threads may get deleted or edited, and the original poster may get suspended.

Problem is this booklet is NOT SS in any way and this is the SS forum.

It is a nice addition only as a cautionary warning against the demands you make on non SS items being SS.

Thälmannpionier has truly exposed the lie that certain pieces of furniture and symbols prove anything is SS or even DHW (those items are not DHW or SS)

        Just for instance:
"Soldaten Werken" page 1) the lamp shade has the lebenbaum and stag motif you have demanded is proof of SS on WAF.

Soldaten Werken page 8) carved runes Hagal, Odal and leben rune: you have demanded Odal rune proves SS and Darres organization.

Soldaten Werkenpage 19) odd how that furniture looks exactly like the "DHW" furniture-but is not.

Soldaten Werken 21) it shows us how to carve the items for ourselves with out any need for the DHW!!!!!!!!!!!!

Andreas, much thanks for posting this very cultural but non-SS and non-DHW booklet.

Wow, it even shows us how to carve the designs ourselves, with no mention of the DHW anywhere.

Certainly many of the depicted pieces are inspired by DHW pieces.

Now that IS convenient, all we would need would be a woodworking shop with chisels and pieces of old oak ....

To move more so-called "SS MK caskets" into the market, right?

Yes - German oak is the name of the tree.

Why is this topic even in the SS forumsection?

Imagine how many Odal runes could have been carved,
And how many cabinets could have had new SS metal "tree of life" hardware put in to supposedly be DHW, much less SS

Well, thank you for bringing up these pics again.

They show how wonderful and impressive these SS cultural pieces really look like - especially after restoration!

Would you mind adding the pics I shared within this awesome thread after restoration is finished as well?

I know I can count on you, Michael - your help is much appreciated.

                                This is unbelievable ...

Why does this feel like watching the news again: Lance Armstorng being unmasked in the biggest doping affair in sports ever, here we have a similar unmasking of one of the biggest posters in one of the biggest threads on WAF.

This sure explains the differences seen in many of the DHW items in this thread compared to pictures of originals. It also shows why in this almost 200 page thread there are never answers coming from the person who insults everyone who dares to ask any questions about the items he posts. In the many of thousands of threads on WAF there is a certain nice behaviour between persons who show items and others who reply on those items. Only this thread here seems to be the other way around, with fake items and bad items being wrongfully called SS items and the poster being the one who can keep on telling anyone else that only he is right and all other collectors wrong. It's like a certain someone who sold dozens of fake SS tuxedo clasps being given a platform here to tell everyone else to f*** off and only his tuxedo clasps are right.

Whats the opinion of the Moderator team on this? I'd like to point out that besides a certain person who time and again rudely insults everyone when being asked questions about the items he posts, no one is flaming here and it is all - just like in every other topic on the forum - about the items themselves. This mega-topic deserves a cleanup where the historical truth about cultural items becomes clear again, only then it can become a great reference again in the future (with maybe it's own forum section as 200 pages is really too long to browse trough and find certain items that deserve their own thread).

best regards to all cultural collectors,
                                Gaston
