While much appears ok on these tabs, the eagles are what turns people off to these. I've seen dealers offer these type tabs as original in the belief that they are.

Most commonly faked Political Leader's tab. The RZM tag for post 39 insignia should be blue lettering, this appears red or ?
If this was real, it would be for the Reich level, not the Gau.

These tabs were discussed extensively in the GDC forum. Unfortunately, those threads have all been lost. At first, a lot of experts considered them authentic. Now, the consensus seems to be they are fake.
