You know Bill, this almost looks like the late 1800's to 1920 American or English sort of good luck symbol and not Nazi at all ? I am not 100% on this, but that is what it reminds me of.

Thanks for your opinion, Jack. The seller stated is was from Stuttgart ages ago but as always evaluate the item and not the story.
