Could this be NSKK members? (Photo ID request)

I just got this photo, and the uniforms puzzle me. Any idea what the guys are, and approximate year the photo might have been taken? There are no insignia to speak of, two of the tunics appear to be SS M37's, but the belt buckles look like Heer buckles. The guy in the middle has a small badge on his lower left sleeve. The cheap-looking gorgets have the text "Tages-Dienst". It has been suggested that they belong to NSKK; the sign on the sentry box looks like NSKK's. Link to larger version.
