I notice that you now have competition for your miniature 'Mahnmal' monument, a solid bronze cast copy/ reproduction version recently sold for 3000 Euro + fees at a German auction house- to the credit of the auction house, they never claimed the bronze copy was a period original so it seems that someone was happy to pay 3K Euro for a nice heavy bronze copy. In comparison, an original silver white-metal one sold the month before at the same auction house for Euro 4200 + fees. In my opinion, Chen, your 3D printed copies have a more accurate eagle than the bronze copies now being sold, and I imagine they are cheaper....
A collector purchased a 3D print FHH from me years ago and later he located the period bottom portion so he decided to use the 3D print eagle to put on top. Here is the result.
Our FHH warehouse ( see photo) always provide us with sufficient data to check every aspect of this FHH.
That’s a great result. Still love the ones you’ve done Chen - Tony T-S
Chen, I agree with Tony, using your 3D printed eagle to restore the original appearance of a broken miniature 'Mahnmal monument' is a great move- the piece can then be displayed as it was originally designed to be viewed. I expect the owner of the other recently posted 'monument minus the eagle' will be tempted do the same.
Because your 3D miniature monuments are made of resin, I think they make nice display pieces that are clearly not designed to deceive- unlike the bronze repro's- I think it is fine if these bronze copies are sold as modern recast's but I'm hoping no one gets fooled into buying one of them believing that they are genuine,

They had them listed in "German Historical Collectibles from 1919 onwards", which might suggest there shouldn't be any reproductions without proper identification. But as always, the high bidder should have done his/her due diligence.
I see that Martin Stiles just sold a Mahnmal monument on his website. I believe the asking price was either $3K GPB or USD. It was owned by a Blood Order and Coburg badge recipient. The BO # appears to be 3354 on the document, but I believe he was in the Putsch, just a belated awardee.

Hi Bill, You are correct, Martin just re-sold the one that was recently auctioned off at the same German auction house as the recast bronze copy and original silver one previously posted. It looked as though someone may have painted it with gold paint but either way it seems to be an excellent attributed example. Auction price was 2900 Euro + 25% Auction fee.

Nice pickup Michael - love this desk ornament!
Shame that there is a bronze recasts out there - even more shame some poor buyer paid through the roof for a copy! These should be marked as repros to be transparent.
These are not solid - The top part is but the structure the monument sits on is hollow and is gold in colour but silver underneath
I think I need to get me a 3D printed eagle and swas from Chen for my one that you posted below. Would make it more complete.
