One more update...these are becoming common
Updated list:
ErichS owned one which has since been sold (1)
Jon Fish found, and I believe sold, one (1 or 2)
(not sure if they are 2 different plates)
Winkler had a broken/repaired one (1)
One sold in auction (1)
M. Zimmer owns 2 (one boxed) (2)
A friend owns one (1)
I own one (1)
Ratisbon's just auctioned one (1)
Griffin Militaria (1)
Coburg Stadtarchiv (1)
M. Zimmer's friends (2)
Military (1)
Master Bo (2)
Master Bo's friend (1)
So that is a maximum of 18 plates. This does not take into account/consideration that some of those listed above might be double counted (i.e. sold by one member and purchased later by someone else and listed again)

Coburg Plaque Count (1941)
There are 2 known versions of Coburg plaques shown in this thread; 1941 and 1942. Below is my quick compilation of the known 1941 Coburg plaques based off my personal knowledge and after conducting a page by page search of the current 132 pages of this thread:
1941
Another forum (1)
Kai Winkler (1 - only the upper portion)
Robert H (1)
Gary B (1 - from recent Loesch auction)
Ratisbon's just auctioned one (1 - only upper portion)
Jeff Clark (1 - only upper portion)
So that is a maximum of 6 x 1941 plaques (3 complete and 3 only upper portions). This does not take into account/consideration that some of those listed above might be double counted (i.e. sold by one member and purchased later by someone else and listed again)
