I once had a very nice SA Dagger with a Dedication on the Blade which read Deutscher Tag in Coburg, also the Coburg Badge. The dedication was to an individual who took part in the weekend rally on the 14 October 1922.

Very good Martin. I believe there is a listing of killed party members in the copies of Geschichte der NSDAP. Perhaps that can be cross referenced to the female recipients listed by OSAF.

Well, it was an interesting idea, but nothing has come of it. The 1939 edition of Daten der Geschichte der NSDAP contains a list of the honored martyrs of the party who died from 1923 to 1938. The only name from the OSAF Coburg list found was Heinrich Bauschen (Ailsby was correct in his listing as there were no female names to match the "Hh." of the OSAF list) who is listed as dying 10.19.1929 as noted above. None of the other four names are found on the martyr list. But note that all the other female recipients indicated by "für den Mann" or "für den Sohn" are all listed by their female names. So it appears Bauschen was honored in some way as a martyr by being listed with his given name while the other recipients were acknowledged only by last name and the given name of their mother or widow/living spouse.
Also, Doehle does not give any specific limitations on the awarding of the CB.
In case someone should come across these names, besides Heinrich Bauschen's widow who remained unnamed, the female recipients listed are:
Marta Bartosch (for husband)
Fr. Therese Esslinger (for husband)
Fr. Maria Heiden (for son)
Louise Pahlke (for husband)
There are 2 known versions of Coburg plaques shown in this thread; 1941 and 1942. Below is my quick compilation of the known 1942 Coburg plaques based off my personal knowledge and after conducting a page by page search of the current 132 pages of this thread:
1942
Der-Hasse-Fee (1 - mounted on plaque cracked, sold thru Weitze?)
Well I have been in the dark to this well established source of information and opinions. Not unusual for me.
But after viewing the blog, I have one question. Exactly how many different variations of an "RZM" Coburg Badge are there known? I counted at least three in the blog.
