Rare Early Party and NSKK Armbands Help Please

Guys,
Due to unforseen circumstances, I am being forced to continue to liquidate my cloth items. I need help with these 2 armbands. I would like to know what a good fair market value for each of them would be. Also, I`d like to know if there is indeed an interest in them. The last time I listed a "rare" armband and several other cloth items, at what I thought was a fair price, they just sat. I ended up finally selling all of them for less than half of what I paid for them and I don`t want to list these on E-Stand if thats going to happen again. Thus the need to know a fair market value that will sell these two not so common pieces.

Hi Chris, I think its all market forces on here as you probably gathered, if someone really wants it theyll pay the asking price for it i feel.
The SA overcoat armband isnt what i would call rare IMO, the SA regularly stamped theyre armbands, i have a few of these in my collection, the last one i bought on from E-stand for $150, in exchange rate a good deal for me but im unsure how $120 equates in the US, whatever happens good luck anyway nice armband Sean

Well guys, I`ve just been informed that the NSKK armband is a commonly known fantasy piece and the Party armband is a bad repro so this is gonna be real interesting. Any other opinions out there?

Those NSKK armbands have exist, but this seems to be a copy

Please inform me on why this is a fake? Its interesting to me that this NSKK armband has already been put up for scrutiny and was deemed %100 authentic. Why all of a sudden is it a fake. The same goes for the Party armband.

Party armband looks ok to me, i know nothing of NSKK stuff, might be easier if you tell us who told you theyre both fake and why

I've seen the NSKK armband both on period photo's, as on period uniform manuals. The span of the eagle must be bigger , and touched the edge of the cirkel.

I'm quiet sure, untill another period photo proove me wrong. I believe the NSKK armband is worn for such a small period.

For me, the NSDAP armband is suspicious because of the way the swastika is embroidered on the white disc. On this style of armband I would expect to see the swastika made of ribbed tape stitched to a ribbed white disc. I have not seen this style of embroidery before, BEVo woven roundels were used on some armbands but this embroidery looks very unusual. The proportions are not giving me a great feeling either, look how off-center the swastika is. I'm not thrilled about the red material or the stamp either. These items were mass-produced in the millions and evaluating these based on photos can be challenging, especially as they are relatively simple to reproduce.

I won't comment on the NSKK armband due to lack of direct knowledge, but I think the Party armband has a chance. Although the construction of the swastika is unusual, it does look period to me...

Thanks for the comments so far. Are there any other comments on these pieces. I really hate to think that these are indeed fake items. I guess I`m gonna stop impulsive buying on things that I think are cool and stick with things I know. I should have research these items myself, regardless of what other people said about them in past threads, and regardless of whom I bought them from.
