Thomsen sure was a big dude.

Interesting, in that last picture, he wears a 4th form visor as well as brocade belt and aguilette (which I associate with 4th form uniforms) yet he wears pre-1939 collar tabs. Not uncommon as period pics reveal, but interesting here.

I dont recall ever having see any period pics of these shoulder cords in wear by Political Leaders.
