I don't think so. I have photos of some sort of youth group and the kids are definately under 18, but some are wearing NSDAP pins on their scarves.

Wow Ostland, from Tilts - Adolf Hitler School was there as welll. Did the kid move as the stamp to the right is for East Hanover?

Interesting document Doug. To be honest it worries me. Jungbann 150 was Alle (admittedly also in Gebiet Ostland) and I don't really understand why that stamp is over the ID photo as you would normally expect to see it stamped by the unit to which he had been initially assigned - in this case Jungbann 1/293. The transfer card shows a hand-written entry for a transfer to Bann 28 Mittelrhein (Gebiet Westmark) which is then stamped by Bann 273 Hannover-Süd?? There is also no entry showing a transfer to Jungbann 150 Alle which begs the question why is the photo stamped in that way?

Being brutally honest here I have a strong suspicion that the document has been 'improved' by someone in order to get a better price because an ID without a stamp over the photo is worth less as there is always the suspicion that the photo is not original to the document. Of course I could be totally off the mark with my suggestion but going by what is on the card it just doesn't add up mate. I'd be very tempted to send it back and wait for a better one.
