i dont actually have any RADwJ tunics in my collection,i checked my period books for pictures as well as my referance books,i found photos of RADwJ women working as FLAK helpers but the uniform shots were bad and i could really tell anything about the cut of the tunics,the best picture ive found so far was from Angolias book "Labor organizations of the Reich"the tunic pictured is similar but it has alot of differences that made me wonder about your tunic-the cut is similar but the collar is not brown,the way the collar is cut is opposite from yours,the larger flap is on opposite sides,yours doesnt appear to have belts loops,the bottom pockets ARE shaped the same,the other thing that bothered me was the insignia,you said it was replaced (or added maybe?)im not sure about the women buy when the men were under luftwaffe/Heer serice they comtinued to wear there same RAD uniforms with no military insignia,just a yellow Deutsche wehrmacht armband,no eagles etc.i will continue to look over period books (i have alot that i havent checked yet)and see if i can come up with anything else for you

Very interesting picture! Now according to the text the tunic shown is even a deviation from the standard tunic with the green collar and turn up cuffs. The material looks to be the same as mine too. But on the whole mine appears to follow the standard pattern. Female uniforms are difficult to research since they wore so many types. Looking forward to any info you can provide.Jim

here is a new addition to my collection a 1939 patern closed neck NCO tunic for the rank of unterfeldmeister,all insignia includeing the armband is original to the tunic.

heres another new addition to my RAD collection a 1935-1939 pattern open neck arbeitsmann tunic in outstanding shape,the only downside to this tunic is that someone removed the armband leaving only a few red threads on the sleeve,besides that it is in near mint condition,the collar tabs and unit shield are un touched originals-
