Our local shop got in this RAD dress uniform with nice trousers and I cannot identify the rank. The collar tabs are missing as is the sleeve shovel ID. But from the hanger and tailor label town, the Abtlg was in Reichs Arbeitsgau XXIX. Unfortunately the images will not display upright.
