not so long ago I bought this photo (together with a few more of the same person). I have already asked around, but no conclusion was reached. Long story short, we have a badge of 1st POA officers school on the pocket, ISA on the other pocket and a bar with 3 ribbons. Ribbon on the right is WiO, remaining two look like Osvolkmedaille with swords, but note the color of the ribbon and narrow dark central stripe on both of 'em. Unusual ribbon for any class of Ostvolkmedaille. Could this be Ostvolkmedaille with little known "Vlassov ribbon"? Entirely different award? Thanks in advance for opinions.
