Rolling right along, here is an impressed Opel "Lieferwagen" which were used to deliver vegetables, meat, newspapers etc. at home. Here is one that got stuck in the middle of the Russian steppes with a Mercedes 3000S as a companion.

      Hi Bill

A nice photo of a Wanderer W 50. The symbol may be for K.G.z.b.V. 172.
      Officer unknown.

      Cheers

Here is a photo of an impressed Opel Super Six sedan still sporting civilian (Schlesien) plates. Also there is "Mun" in a square above it. Munitions perhaps?

        Cheers

              Hi Mike:
              Thanks for the nice additions.
First photo is an Opel Super 6 and the second is an Adler 2.5 liter which was a bit of a rare bird. Also, ugly.

                      Bill

Can you confirm whether this truck is a 1940 1.5 ton Chevrolet.
                      Note the extra body work.

                      Cheers

                        Hi Larry:

I am inclined at this point to call this one a 1939, not a 1940.

The number of slats in the grille, the lack of marker lights on the mudguards and the little we can see of the louvres on the bonnet seem to indicate 1939 to me.

In any case, I would also guess it is Belgian first and then maybe Dutch in it's original origin.

As to the Ford, the windscreen is prototypical of the German vehicles but the cab/body is more like Belgian or Dutch so it is probably also a beute.

Nice photo and thanks as always.

                            Bill

Here's one I am having trouble IDing. I am leaning towards the bus being a Dodge going by the radiator grille and the three raised lines on the front fender which can bee seen on some Dodge trucks. Car at left remains unidentified at this stage.

                            Cheers

Well Mike, you and Larry (Larrister) keep things busy on the ID front.

I lost a post or misposted on Larry's bus but I think it might be a Czech Praga. As to yours, it is a "Senior Series" as the Germans called it, something but I am not able to Id it at this point.

As you know, I rarely give up so I will continue to try to figure out what brand your photo represents.
                                Cheers
