    Weird white cross.

    somebody can tell me what is that white cross on the man ?
    Any ideas ?

    My guess or that is has something to do with the other substantial crosses in the photo haha! Maybe just a temporary hospital helper

      Something in the back of my head says that white crosses were used by non-medical trained orderlies.
