Just out of interest, I have seen English language serialised magazines, published by or for the Red Cross. Are these common, and do they have a value?

A full set is collectible. Haven't checked on these in a while, but you could pick one up on ebay for $100 or so. Of course there were also some being offered at several hundred dollars.
