Cool set, Curt! In my experience, occasionally an odd card from the presentation set you have will turn up but the standard print (like the first Prien you show) are far, far more common. I had not seen the envelope either. About a year or so ago Hermann Historica had a couple of the original proofs for the reverse side art for some of these cards. I recall Lehmann-Willenbrock but not the others.
