Question regarding TDB

Hi all,

I'm asking this for a member in my reenactment group.

Is there any photographic evidence that soldiers were only awarded the TDB, or pictures of soldiers who were awarded the TDB without having recieved the EKII?

I hope this is the correct place, if not, do tell me where I should post this.
