Hello,
I recently bought 8 enveloppes from ebay.
They are all similar with minor differences, unfortunately they did not contain letters. If i am correct? They would be sent by Arthur Seyss Inquart. During the given time;
'Reichskommissar für die besetzten Niederlande'.
Is there any possibility that those letters are still out there, or does the giant cross on the envelope say it was destroyed? The grey pencil markings are from the seller and i already removed them

They were sent on; 1944-8-15, 1944-7-31, 1944-9-02, 1944-8-05, 1944-9-01, 1944-8-25, 1944-8-19, 1944-8-15.
Help would be much apriciated!
