No...unfortunately, I am pretty sure it is not. I think it's a somewhat well made reproduction ...I mean fake, since something like this is meant to deceive people.

First, a Fehland is not listed in Hors Scheibert's Podzun-Pallas-Verlag publication of Die Träger des Deutschen Kreuzes in Gold which is known to be very accurate listing all winners. So, someone may have made up a name.

Secondly, I think the Keitel signature is a clever lift of his facsimilie signature. It is scrathcy, thicker than usual and looks faked to me. Here are two originals for comparison...

Last...it is very unusual I think, if not flat out wrong, that the date is written 16.8.1944

and not 16. August 1944. I have not seen a DKiG document with the month not spelled out.

Humberto...I think they are facsimilie...I can look more closely. In any case, his "Keitel" is a fake.
