..... Amateurbetrieb (further description; can't quite see first word)
LUBAU/Erzgeb(irge) (city)
Rathausstr.(asse) 4 (street & Number)

I have taken a loupe to that "first word" and can't quite decipher it myself. Looks like "....llerm."

I possibly see "La Rata Lango" which I believe is a title or lyric from a Spanish song...just my two cents worth.
