As MG 42 photos are always popular, I thought I would post this photo (which will soon be headed to the e-stand). Note the (no doubt battle experienced) Wehrmacht NCO giving what looks to be an older fellow (Volkssturm ??) a firing range 'hands on' in front of some interested spectators (note also the mandatory 'comfort rug' for those over 55
