Inquiry about Heydrich foto

Gents,

Has anyone seen any photo from 1941 of Heydrich at the Eastern Front with Romanian Officers ?

I know he spent some time in Romania in 1941, and I have managed to locate one such foto. Is it rare ? are there any other known fotos ?

What makes you say Heydrich is in this photo? I might be missing him, but I can't see him. The only one who looks a bit like him is third from left, but it's not him. Build is not right; hair is wrong; not tall enough; facial characteristics are wrong; cufftitle?
