Under that name it was never part of DAK, 90th Light Division had Aufklärungs-Kompanie 580 in 1942 and then Panzer-Aufklärungs-Abteilung 90 which was formed in March 1943 and destroyed in Tunisia. 190 which you are looking for wasn't formed until March 1944.
