Hint: it doesn't help to cover the name of the soldier on top, when it's not covered in the bottom left corner.

It's a promotion document for Herbert Hecht, to Oberfeldwebel (obvious, I reckon). I don't think these bring big money unless to an interesting unit or a prominent person (high rank/big awards, that sort of thing).

I'd guess a "normal" document like this would be in the 30 euro range. Just a guess.

I agree with Hank on all of the above - promotion docs typically don't command much. This one has the signature of Ludwig Wolff.
