Trading, buying, selling KC signed photos

Is there anywhere, a message board perhaps, that deals strictly with trading, buying, selling KC winner photos? I think its a good idea, but its dangerous waters to tread on if you don't know what you look for, but I figure it would be like here, very well self-policed. I don't suppose there would be overwhelming support for a sticky thread here?
