Justification to attack Poland book

I have a book in German that I understand is the German military's justification for the attack on Poland. the title is: Warum mujsste Polen zerfallen. written by Rudolf Haider. can anyone tell me anything about this publication? it was published in 1941. I'm not sure how to attach a photo of the book.
