        Good evening my friend,

Congratulations - a really super document-group you have got.

Thank you very much for showing this documents.

I`ve got for my collection of the 7. Inf.Div. a few years ago the document-group of Oberst Johann "Hans" Schmidt, last Commande of Gren.Rgt. 62. A presentation you can see in "Dokumentenforum".

        Best regards - Armin.

PS: Can you contact me with PN?

            Great

I'm not a document collector myself but the grouping shown here is awesome and a wonderful set of material to see.
            Great stuff.

              Hello Lionel,

I am writing this message with an only and easy question to you:

Whenever you want to sell the grouping Liphart - can you sent me an message,
in which auction I will find it? Because I want to place a very high bid.

              If you think about it:

Instead of an auction, where you have to pay also for the auctionator, i will pay the very best price to you directly - cash!

              Think about it.

Best regards and luck with further collections - Armin.

                  Hello Lionel,

you are right, I am not often here. I do not have the time.

Anyway - thank you very much for your compliments.

After my retirement, I plan to make a book, a "Bildband" concerning the history of the 7. Inf. Div.; will be consist of pictures of my documents, soldbooks, wehrpasses and portraits. A bokk about the history exists: "The Chronik of the 7. Infanterie-
Division", author: Wilhelm Hertlein. But this book does not include anyx pictures, exapt one portrait of General v. Rappard.

But this will take time, because half of the year I will stay in Namibia and that will be difficult to work on this project.

I hope, I could take the documents of Oberst Liphart, (as the owner) to this book.

Would be nice, to see them beside the documents/Fotos of Oberstleutnant Nagerl, Major Krusenbaum, Major Mack, Major Clemente, Oberst Schmidt and others.

But of course - the mainpoint of the book will be the Unterführer and soldiers.

                  Best regards - Armin.
