Well I can tell you that the fellow on the left is Gen. von Panwitz, and the fellow being decorated is from the Don Cossack cavalry. I may be able to dig up his name, I have the book around here somewhere. The neck order is I believe Croatian.

        The photos are great,

        Timo

Helmuth von Pannwitz hands over an award to the commander of the 5th Don Cossack regiment colonel Ivan Kononov. On a neck at Kononov the Croatian Award of the Iron Shamrock of the 1st class with the Oak Wreath.

Ivan Kononov is on the cover of Littlejohn's "Foreign Legions", I believe.

And the two Hungarian officers are speaking with a British officer...most likely Austria, 1945.

You are welcome! Rob, Please excuse me, I was mistaken with an award, on a neck Kononova the Award of Corona of the king Zvonimir of the 1st class with oak leaves.
