apologies if this is already common knowledge, but I have been enjoying going through this hoard of pictures of German troops in Norway from 40-45, one album (Luftwaffe Nachrichten I believe) has even had post war pics added from a 1970's reunion:-

One for the helmet buffs, spotted (again LW Nachrichten album I think) a line of of LW troops in helmets with one wearing an Army helmet!
