Help with 2.San Ers Abt 3 Member Please?

Just wondering if someone could help with the surname of this member of 2. San Ers Abt 3? I have unfortunately only the cover of his soldbuch which has has signature. I also have his ID tag. The first name looks like "Gottfried" but I cannot read his 2nd name. His number in that unit was "5998."
