From a local gent cleaning out dads stuff, here's a pretty nifty German propaganda leaflet, aimed at the Soviet soldiers, telling them to "come to us, you don't need a pass and you will be treated well". It depicts colored scenes of Russian soldiers surrendering, being offered cigarettes and food, and lastly, a Russian soldier motioning to his comrade's to "come on over"...Folded up inside of it, was this nice bevo-weave DRK insignia for "Wunsiedel". I only rarely come across propaganda leaflets, and of those, this is probably the first I've seen for the Eastern Front. The condition of the leaflet isn't the best, with a tear across the middle and somewhat tattered edges, but that notwithstanding, a pretty nice piece, IMO. A few pix below.
