          The turret roof has 3 x brackets to mount the frame aerial of the 232.

                    Werner nice pics! I love those types of photos!

                    Here is a recent discovery amongst some GI photos I have. The photo isn't the best quality....taken on top of Anzio Annie the well known German Railway gun captured in Italy and later transported to Aberdeen Proving Grounds where it remains to this day.

                            Hi,
                            Can't belive iv'e never seen this thread before ,the best hour iv'e spent for a long time but where are the missing photo's am i too late to see them
                            would like to see the 80cm rail gun, on a technical side the tracked mortar were they not 540/600mm not 420mm .
                            Any great thread i my have some photo's somewere.
