I just discovered that Grabert Verlag has reissued Mortimer G. Davidson's Kunst in Deutschland 1933-1945 series. It's four volumes, one sculpture, one architecture, and two painting. Text is tri-lingual, German, English, and French. MASSIVE encyclopedia of Third Reich art, with (of course) LOTS of Wehrmacht and SS artwork (including Willrich)!
A hefty price to pay (Euro 107.50 each, not including shipping). But I believe they're worth every penny and more!
