It's a stamped signature as far I can see from this scan. -
From the image provided, I think it indeed a 'Stempel' unterschrifft and not hand-signed.
I have seen several Gordon Gollob Hoffmann cards with 'Stempel' unterschrifft over the years, and always in the same colour as this image.
