Hi Rostyslav. Hard to say, has all characteristics to be an honnest original. Shoulder-boards could have been re-touched by the Photographer, it seems so.

Yes, shoulder-boards, RKT & eagle on Long Service Award spange have been retouched.

I wrote that I don't see troubles with it, but I became a little bit paranoid...
