1938 German Document No Clue what it is?

I just picked this document up and i have no clue what its for, hopeing i can get some help on it. Thanks for any help i can get.

It is an ironic obituary notice on the "death" of Czechosloviakia, caused by an operation from Hitler.

The Leage of Nations in Geneve (as parents) also Stalin (as uncle), Gottwald, Dimitroff and Syrowy as step parents signed the obituary notice.
