Not Hunde related, but I had to have this nonetheless. Note the extreme youth of all three fellows (especially the youngster in the middle), the EK II ribbon, the HJ Badges, and the "Deaths Head" Sleeveband on the TK member.

The BMB on the train is the abbreviation for the Biel-Meinisberg-Bahn, the photo taken on a chilly day (note gloves) in 1940 (possibly before).

IMO, an impressive little photo...

Nice photo, but I have to wonder were Gamaschen with low boots being used in 1940 as per the fellow in the middle?
