I know,Christian Gellert was in the I./Flakrgt.43.........the doc is from the II./Flakrgt.6
I mean,this translation of the LdW from the link of Flakrgt.43:

The department (of the Flakrgt43) was set up in Vitebsk area, where the headquarters of the anti-aircraft regiment, six at the 18th Flak-Division was under. In January 1944 the department was under the rod of the Flak-Regiment 6 at the 10th Flak-Brigade and the 18th of March 1944 Flak-Division. The department was established in April 1944 to 78th light anti-aircraft division

This is only a theorie,because the signature looks like "Gellert"
