    Could someone ID the RK holder please,taken in Norway.

    I'm pretty sure it's Generalleutnant Richard Pellengahr commander of the 196 ID

    Second from right could be Erwin Engelbrecht, commander of the 163 ID
    Collecting German award documents, other paperwork and photos relating to Norway and Finland.

        The photo comes from a small album I have,this postcard is in the back I assume this was used as an officers billet.Lilands Hotel

          That location would make sense for both officers in 1940.

            Simon you are right most of the time.

            But Pellengahr had a very square jaw in most pics and a broad nose. I tried Sodan.....not him either.

            There are 2 Liland ( I can't find Lilands), one not too far from Oslo, one all the way up north.

              This Lilands hotel was at Bulken which is East of Bergen.

                            Yes i have noticed it, but would we see it? Someones arm is covering the top part of his arm.

                            And Engelbrecht was thinner than this.

                            Here's the an edelweiss on a Generalleutnant i once had.

                            And They eye brows on this guy doesn't match Feurstein's. But it looks like red striped pants and general collar's.
